Question
My husband had an affair 8 months ago. This affair happened during a wildfire my husband was working on. They basically lived as a full married couple for about a month. And after they went home to different states, she came to our home state where I found them together. There was NO warning in my discovery. I am trying to work through and believe all he has told me about his affair. He is doing and saying all he should to try to heal our marriage. Within a couple weeks, he will be out on wildfires again. I have extreme anxiety about this! I am still healing, and I do not know if I can do it. How can I feel safe? How can I trust again? What should I do?
