Question: 

In your opinion and in all the experience you have seeing couples deal with this, do you believe that we can recover from my wife's affair staying in our house (that they desecrated) where we live in a small town of 27,000, live two streets away from her affair partner, have kids on the same teams, go (went) to the same church, see them often whether it is taking kids to school or running errands etc. Is it realistic to think we can fully recover without moving away from here?
