This is the first time that I have been able to ask and get answers to many questions about his infidelity that I have had for yrs. What is considered a reasonable amount of time to have a conversation during discovery? My husband interpreted the EMSO workbook to say any conversation longer than 10-15 min is marathoning. My interpretation is it’s marathoning if I spend longer than 10-15 min responding to his answer to a question. He gets overwhelmed if we talk about the discovery issues for longer than 30 min. However, I have so many unanswered questions and follow-up from our initial conversation to get clarity and make sense out of 20 yrs of lies. Please advise on reasonable time frames for these conversations that will meet both our needs.Sections: Rick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsRL_Category: Emotional RegulationHandling DiscoveryQ&A Recovery LibraryRecovery FundamentalsSafety in RecoveryRL_Media Type: Video
