Question: 

During my Hope for healing class one of the other men informed us of an interesting fact. He said that a man’s sexual maturity stops at their first sexual encounter. He said his wife is also in a class and it was brought up there. Is this true? Can you expound on this? If it is true, I think it explains a lot about me maybe others too.
