Rick, I have trouble not getting real upset when my wife starts flooding. It's mostly during the week days when I'm working because my infidelity happened at work. She will text, email, or call many times at a time, and she doesn't understand that I can't be on the phone that much, I know it's because of what I did, I just don't know how to make it better. Not with her flooding all the time. I still feel like I have to defend myself. Even though you say I should not. Please advise.
