My husband of thirty-two years had a two year affair with a coworker. He did not affair down. This girl is very pretty, smart, and self sufficient. She is everything that I am not. She is also twelve years younger than my husband and I. This girl lives two blocks from our home. The affair ended when I found out. She then threw my husband under the bus by taking him to HR, trying to get him fired. My husband insists that he loves me and never intended to replace me. He says this girl was only an ego boost. I am devastated because I thought we had a strong marriage. To make matters worse, this affair was going on while I was caring for my terminally ill mother. I feel inadequate and worthless. My question is, how can my husband be sexually satisfied with me after being intimate with a young pretty girl?
