Question: 

HI, Rick

How can an unfaithful spouse help a betrayed spouse when there has been every possible comparison told to the betrayed by the ap and the unfaithful? We are in emso and it is healing us so much, but what do you do when the betrayed has way too many details? My husband tries to tell me the things he said to his ap were lies just like he was lying to me at that time. We are 10 months past the affair. What can we do at this point?
