I must have asked my husband 50 times throughout his affair if he was involved with anyone else. And he looked me in the eyes and lied to my face. He swore on our children's' lives, swore to God. Denied having feelings for anyone else. Denied having an affair. Denied it all. So how do I believe ANYTHING he says now? I'm so paranoid and hyper alert and I jump to awful conclusions all the time. How does a relationship regain trust that was completely shattered? Especially when your husband has proven he is a complete and utterly untrustworthy liar? It has been 8 months and I still have absolutely ZERO faith in him. It is impossible to live like this.
