Arranged marriage is a thing for some cultures so maybe there’s hope for an ‘arrangement’? Our marriage had been unfortunately miserable for 11 years. I gave up the notion of being loved or liked years ago and have grieved for so much. So much, that it doesn’t even feel weird to consider a loveless, logistical dynamic “for the kids”. Honestly- we have been doing it already, but badly and begrudgingly… Neither of us like nor love each other. However we can agree that we want the kids to have a ‘whole family unit’.
