My wife and I are contemplating telling our parents about my infidelity. Primarily, there are many triggers when my wife visits her parents because they ask about her friend, the AP. We question if we're far enough along in the process. We're 6 months from discovery day and 1 lesson into EMSO. I want to remove as many triggers as possible. If we tell our parents, would it also help my wife see that I'm not concerned with my image but rather that I'm concerned with our relationship and healing? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
