I'm part of an EMSO group and we are past the empathy weeks. I wrote earlier about my husband's behaviour and despite the readings and work I still experience a lack of empathy from him. I have had him punch a hole on a door, compare me to the AP, swear, glower, walk away from me etc when I am hurt and sometimes sobbing in recent weeks. I have had this for years but now it is also triggering as I feel pain in the knowledge that he behaved in a way that made another woman feel loved for three years. I barely get a week without this behaviour and I'm exhausted. I am at a loss as to what to do and feel very alone. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.
