I am the unfaithful and I can see where God stepped in and rescued me from further adulterous behavior and I get from God everything that I don't deserve. My betrayed spouse on the other hand, who was kind, hilariously funny, caring, God loving, prayer warrior, faithful to God and to our family and to me. Why does she get rewarded with pain, anguish, confusion, and loss of self. Where was God for her during my affairs, and where is God now? She feels abandoned by God.
