Hello Rick, we’re a both. He was my best friend. We had a friendship for over 20 years I was there for him more times than I can count. I gave him shelter when he needed it Gave him food when he was hungry I gave him the clothes off my back. I was there when he lost family I was there after his surgery when no other friend was there for him. He was the Best man at my wedding and he betrayed me with my spouse. They acted out and had lots of communication via text and social media. I think about their betrayal daily. It hurts and I want to know how and why he did this to me. As I look at our friendship over the years he wasn't a good friend to me. I'm sad and feel stuck I want to call him and talk to him. I've done some EMDR and it's painful. I feel double betrayed what do you suggest?
