So I'm not in a great place to begin with. My question, why are my mornings so much more difficult than my evenings? Most mornings I wake up feeling like I'm ready to move on from my marriage, start a new life. By evenings my heart has softened a bit and those feelings are not as strong. I even have feelings at times that we will be fine someday. I am committed to working your program with everything I have, but my mornings never change. I also feel angry in the mornings. Which also softens as the day goes on. Feeling destroyed every morning is really getting to me.
