Trauma

What if you are dealing with multiple forms of trauma. Most recent, my husband's affair, but a child of most of the trauma that you spoke of. I realize, intellectually, that the pain I am experiencing now is not only from the affair. I know it but getting through the pain is something that I don't know how to do.
