Your Story
Length: one or two pages
- Please tell your story from your perspective; also, if your spouse is willing to contribute to helping others by writing his/her story separately we would be very grateful.
- The reader is probably isolated and craving an emotional link to you through your story. They might be in the middle of crisis and not yet involved in any Affair Recovery programs.
- How did you or your spouse discover the affair?
- What kind of problem had the infidelity created in your life?
- What has the problem cost in stress, worry, money, lost opportunities, or failure to succeed?
- If there were any, tell us about some of the things that didn't work or were detrimental as you tried to recover.
TIP: The reader truly wants to know what's at stake in an emotional way, and to be able to visualize it in an equally emotional way, how good can it be when the problem is properly addressed? - Which programs were you involved in?
