Question
In the lesson on “Letting Go”, the task of rewriting history is unclear to me. Is it to rewrite the time during my husband's 6 year affair to include that deception in our life and marriage? Or is it rewriting our 36 year marriage up until DDay, to realize that there were issues that caused my husband to betray me? He is very reluctant and fearful to discuss the affair, as we are 5 months post DDay and he feels that it will send us back to Day 1.
