He has done everything he possibly can. He has been the textbook example of someone who has changed as a result of his work on our recovery. I still think about this every day. Thoughts drag me down very easily. I still cry myself to sleep long after he’s fallen asleep because my sadness in still being here overwhelms me. I took a pcl-5 test that Rick mentioned in one of his videos and scored off the charts. Should I be looking into EMDR or brainspotting? I don’t know what else to do. I fear that consistently feeling this way will drive one of us to finally give up and leave.Sections: Leslie and John's callsRL_Category: Emotional RegulationQ&A Recovery LibraryTrauma of InfidelityRL_Media Type: Video
