I said nothing in the moment. I even tried to laugh it off a little - initially thinking I was just being too sensitive. I know my spouse wasn't intending to hurt me with his comment. I fear that if I say something in the moment - I'll be accused of being too sensitive - "everything relates back to it" (the infidelity) He has said more than once. However; if I wait sometimes it will fester and then he'll be upset that I've been thinking about it for days. Seems like there is no right time really. Is there a best time to speak up?Sections: Leslie and John's callsRL_Category: Emotional RegulationQ&A Recovery LibraryRecovery FundamentalsStrengthening MarriageThe Role of EmpathyRL_Media Type: Video
