Question

My betrayed husband has shared that it hurts him when I cry or show outward emotion for things that aren't related to the affair but not when I'm discussing affair related things with him. If he asks me a specific question and I answer honestly it sometimes feels like I need to hide the hurt or just agree with his truth to avoid triggering him and causing more pain. How should I handle these situations while still being transparent, open, and honest when I know its negatively affecting my husband?
