Question: 

How do I convey to my in-laws that telling extended family of my infidelity, so soon into recovery, violates their daughter's privacy even worse than I already have? They tell me I have forfeited any rights, even to our collective privacy. I wrote the family a HURT letter, also setting boundaries; here is an excerpt from their reply. "What we told and who we told was our own choice and we cannot see how we violated [the betrayed]."
