After watching all your videos on the subject, I realize I am so codependent. I had an idea but now realize how deeply it runs in me. How do I learn to truly love my mate and not need? I am at a loss as to how to separate these emotions when they seem so entwined in me....even with others in my life who are so emotionally distant..and unavailable. I do not know how to differentiate the two nor do I know who to be without the co-dependent state.
