Question
My husband’s AP was a long time employee, who had total access to our business and personal finances. Both my spouse and the AP both engaged in unethical business practices and my spouse drags his feet when it come to “cleaning up” the many business items, that include over 50 plus forgeries. My spouse says he cannot change what has happened. This has put us in a legal situation that holds up recovery. How do I get him to be accountable and help clean up the legal issues, as he gets resentful, and minimizes when I take the necessary steps to clean up, and get things taken care of?
