I feel like I have been doing these things and more. He says he's always holding me and showing me love and that I'm being selfish by getting what I want. He says lately he's been thinking that maybe I don't know how to love. I told him before all this I showed a lot of love and that he even use to tell me that I showed him love and did a lot for him. He says that does not matter anymore that he's been reflecting and that's not true. I can't help to feel resentment and anger when he says this. What do I do with these feelings when I know I showed love?Sections: Rick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsRL_Category: Emotional RegulationFind HopeQ&A Recovery LibraryRecovery FundamentalsTrauma of InfidelityRL_Media Type: Video
