Question:

My husband really didn’t have a problem putting other people out of his mind before, but now he is struggling with it and has to remind himself. The fact that he wasn’t so tempted before but now is tempted is terrifying. I feel more pressure to perform sexually than before and like he’s always comparing me now. I can’t even see other women in the gym without knowing he’s probably looking at them, too. I feel like these insecure feelings I have are even worse than they were before the affair and I know it is my own fault. How do I accept this and move forward so that we can continue reconciliation healthily?
