Question

Please address the full spectrum of responses: flight, fight, freeze and social engagement (most recent research) adding this fourth. I tend to lead with 'fight' but if something is traumatic enough I will resort to 'freeze.' With less stress, I am more able to utilize social engagement and avoid defaults. I understand what the 'anger' chapter is saying but would like the complete picture presented, even if we only focus on flight, fight.
