My husband relapsed by meeting up with the AP to supposedly get "closure" in his head to see if he still had feelings for her and he got caught and lied when I asked him. This was 1 month after our last EMS class. The affair lasted 2 years. How can he do all the super hard work thru EMS and still have that question? We've been married 25 years. We are now seperated. I’m praying he comes to the end of himself and hits rock bottom. During separation are you supposed to cut off most all communication? Make him miss us and his kids? Let him meet us at church? I miss and love him but I have more value than he’s giving me. I told him if he didn’t get help and accountability in place and that I see God is doing a work in his heart then I don’t want him back. How does one practicing these behaviors for 20 years turn their lives around?
