I initially lied and told him I went with a female friend and her family because our marriage was rocky and we were discussing divorce. Fast forward to him asking about it 2 months later, I told him the truth - I went to dinner with a male friend from high school (no emotional or physical cheating involved). He now wants me to text the guy and ask him for screenshots of our text messages to prove that it was an innocent dinner and not another affair. I do not want to because I am embarrassed and already blocked the guy.
