Is there any hope for recovery if my unfaithful mate will not see the affair as an addiction, even though our recovery materials show that he has so many of the same characteristics? There are little glimpses of thinking he is having some clarity but then poof it’s gone. We are trending on progress but until he truly sees it and works on himself I just don’t see how to work on healing the marriage. I fear yet another relapse and that makes me feel unsafe.
