Question
My fiance and I are going through the nightmare of infidelity. I asked her to marry me after being together for about 9 years. After about one year of being engaged I found out that she had been having a sexual affair for the past few months via some awful pictures and messages on her old phone. We've been seeing a marriage counselor since shortly after this all happened and are half way through EMS Online. She's been doing just about everything right, almost to right, since this all happened. But there's one thing that I just can't get past. I don't see much sadness at all from her. The only time I usually saw it is early when I would be in really bad shape and uncontrollably crying. Its been about 4 1/2 months and I just cant get past the fact that I don't see sadness, or that she doesn't cry much at all. Makes me feel like she is not sorry for what she did, and just sorry that she got caught. Is this what that means. She's been my best friend my whole life and I really do want to make it work, but i'm scared by what I don't see.
