Each of us loves the other more than ever before but since disclosure I haven't overcome some old behavior issues, such as lying. We have seen a pattern in which my wife and I are doing real well in our marriage, full of harmony and love but at some point I will do something to sabotage that harmony. This is not a random occurrence but a pattern that you can almost count on. It is as if I can't handle all of the love and harmony we have and I do something almost without thought to destroy it. Is there a reason that I am doing this? Subconsciously, can I not handle it, so I do something to bring us back to a status of disharmony? This is a worrisome behavior. What is happening and how can I stop it? Thank you.Sections: Recovery LibraryRick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsAsk RickRL_Category: Emotional RegulationFor the Unfaithful SpouseQ&A Recovery LibraryRebuilding TrustRL_Media Type: Video
