Question
My wife of 25 years has left the marriage and is now living with her AP as we progress through the divorce process. I am starting to reach some level of acceptance of my situation but I am certainly triggered by steps in the divorce process, discussions with my wife, and other events. Within the next few weeks, I will face my 26th wedding anniversary, Christmas and New Year's Eve. What guidance do you have for helping me through these events?
