My husband, age 73, has had an affair with a woman who is 41-years old, married, and has three children. He says the affair is over...it is not. I have sought counseling, read extensively, told him it needed to stop, and while we have made some progress the affair is still going on via email at this time. The affair partner is a neighbor at our summer home. He will not seek help and will not engage in a meaningful conversation. What are the best steps I need to take for a separation?
