Question

My husband filed for majority of custody saying my house is messy and in crumble; that he has to do laundry, make the food, and do dishes without my help. He claimed he'd been taking care of my kids because I said I wanted to commit suicide. I had some panic attacks when he left, and I said I wanted to die, not to kill myself. Can he get the majority of the custody because of this accusations and because he works and I'm a stay at home mom? I don't understand why there is so much hate and cruelty?
