Question:

My husband’s affair took away a workout that meant a lot to me. It’s the type of physical therapy I would normally turn to during hard times. It’s where he met his affair partner and she still attends regularly. There are other instructors, but I’m worried about running into her. I truly miss something that was so ingrained in my life and feel like going there would really help my healing. Would you recommend I move on and find something else, or move forward and have confidence in the love and trust my husband and I are rebuilding through this class?
