My spouse is insisting I do a polygraph after listening to the EMS Online Week 2 videos. He is saying it in a way that makes me feel like it’s an ultimatum and then in a way that makes me feel like it’s a demand of me to ask this question in my Expert Q&A even though I don’t want to. I have been told by personal therapists and at least one marriage therapist that due to my anxiety possibly making it an inaccurate test and the higher rate of false positives in general with these tests that they are not a good thing to do and can be harmful. Please advise.
