Question: 

My mate swears that they are here to stay, they are doing the work, etc... and I see that, especially in the EMS Online lessons on empathy. However, something just doesn’t feel right. I don’t feel as if I’m trying to hinder our recovery, but is it possible that I am? How can I tell if the problem isn’t my mate, but me?
