Do you have any suggestions for the wayward spouse, when the betrayed says hurtful things out of grief and sadness? I know they are speaking from a place of pain. I am not good at hearing these things and not feeling hurt by them. What advice if any can you provide for me? I know what I did was wrong, and I know he is hurting and perhaps this is how he feels better. I feel I am being wounded bit by bit. What can I do to let it not affect me?
