Question

I'm looking to get some insight on something my wife says she needs from me to move forward. She feels that is a polygraph. I told her I would do whatever she feels she needs to heal. But I also have my own concerns over that and anxiety towards it. I feel like I’m putting my marriage on the line with this test. I’ve done my best to give my wife full disclosure, including all dates, but I truly can’t remember all the details because it was a 7-year affair. That's the hard part for her is that she feels unsure of where we are. Any help is appreciated. D-Day was 9 weeks ago. The most recent D-Day was six days ago.

What type of affair was it?
