I discovered my husband's affair through a text message that was meant for his AP. He said he was sorry and would end the affair and that he really loved me and wanted to save our marriage. For five months he deceived me and did not really end the affair. He kept secret email accounts and social media pages to stay in touch with the AP. After the third confrontation about his affair, I believe he ended the relationship. How do I overcome the deceit? He says he loves me and wants to be with me but he also said that for 5 months while still in the affair. Numerous times he lied and said he had no contact with the AP but I discovered he had. I believe I can get past the affair but not the deceit.
