Question: 

I understand the fact we listen as many times as we have to when triggers arise. My question is, how much do I take of the ridicule, shaming, and reminders of what I have done, said in a way to slander me? I know that what I’ve done in the past got us here but how or do I handle this before I go off the deep end and fire back with words I will regret later?
