Hi Rick,
As you have said so many times, my mate can recover more easily from the facts of the affair than from the lying and deception. In our case, I lied for 18-months after the affair ended, so today, 3 months past the real d-day, my husband wonders how does one heal/recover from lying? He says, and I understand, that it is hard to rebuild when he can't believe a word I say at this point. Thank you for whatever input you might have for me and us.
