They know I have a friend who still follows her social media. I had gotten to a place of healing enough that I don't really check on her more than once a month at most and am letting go. When I asked why my spouse wanted to know, they just said they were curious. This not only triggered me but gave me the ick. I feel like I lost a huge amount of progress. I felt they were purposely asking to get a reaction and be mean in retaliation for not getting something they wanted and they’re bored. Now I feel completely disconnected from him and have developed that ick I don't want to be around you feeling and he doesn't get it. How do I fix this?Sections: Rick's Q & A timeRick's QuestionsRL_Category: For the Unfaithful SpouseQ&A Recovery LibraryRebuilding TrustRecovery FundamentalsRL_Media Type: Video
