Question

I feel like I went through all the initial big emotions in the first 2 weeks and now I feel nothing and life feels like it has gone back to "normal". I feel like we are acting like everything is fine and I feel fine. I don't feel anger or sadness… It's almost like it didn't happen but I know in my head that it did. I just don't think about it ever. I'm about 1 month from D-Day so I feel like this is too soon to not be thinking about it or feeling anything and I've read failure to grieve can be a barrier. How do I make myself grieve?
