My husband had a 1 1/2 year affair. He left home for a year and was open about the relationship with the other women once I discovered he left home to start a relationship with her. For almost the entirety of the affair he was ambivalent. Our first attempt at reconciliation lasted 8 weeks and he left home again for the other women. We are now back in reconciliation and have been back together for about 6 months. My husband still struggles with feelings for the other women.
