Hi Rick,
My husband and I recently attended the EMS weekend and I am having a problem dealing with the hurt, pain and intrusive thoughts I have been referring back to some of the tools that were given and referring back to the recovery library for help but I have so much going through my head. I feel I just need to let go and give it to God and allow him to help me through. I believe in God and I believe in having faith but the problem is that I never grew up in a faith based family and never really got to know the word, I don’t know where to start. Do I start by just going to church? reading the Bible? or just simply reaching out to a church pastor? I truly feel lost.
