Question:

My husband refuses to honor my requests for his personal recovery. Things have become a bit volatile verbally at home with our young children as witness. As a stay at home mom, he now refers to the money as his money and is pressuring me to get back to work and nickel and diming me. He even refused to wear his ring at one time, says he wants this thing over as soon as possible, but this is not what he wants. I’m confused. He refused to take responsibility or accountability for his actions and says he’s simply responding to what I give him. I’m very upset and angry with him. He called me crazy and said I am bipolar also. These words really hurt and I’m a bit tired of the push and pull of this. I have handled myself well and no longer scream or react to his tactics, but I am very hurt. When I speak with him, he simply flips it and becomes disrespectful. Is it time for a separation? I am worried about the 5 children.
