I have identified my circle behavior in SAA and have serenity and a newfound faith that I will not be acting out. I struggle with the ADHD symptoms but I am not in denial of them. I am treating the ADHD with prescriptions drugs. I am in therapy twice a week, working my steps, and my spouse and I also see a therapist together. I do struggle with the whys but I am focused on the now and not relapsing. I believe my spouse feels she needs to know the whys, in order to prevent relapses and to also protect herself from further pain and betrayal. My spouse and I try to discuss the whys but the conversation often drifts from the rational to the emotional. Is the future predicated on knowing the “Whys”? We have done the EMS coarse, we are currently doing the Marriage for Life and my spouse is finishing up Harboring Hope.
