Dear Rick where a both
I have been struggling with intrusive thoughts and my anger is starting to comeback I'm working on myself with 1 to 1 therapist along with group and SAA. Including a Men's bible study and a 12 step. We have been reading in the book of Proverbs and one verse is really getting to me can you please help me interpret it's meaning in my situation.
