Question:

We are 10 months out from the first D-Day and about 4 months out from the last disclosure. As a betrayed husband I feel like my self esteem is at a lifetime low and this narrative of rejection resonates in me from the infidelity. This along with physical triggers makes it difficult for me to be the one to pursue my wife intimately. She is desiring me to pursue her more often, but I know if I’m denied physically it will have big ramifications emotionally. I feel pressured by my mate with this but I think there is an ignorance to what’s happening inside of me. It is much easier for some reason when she pursues me. Any wisdom to the normality of this, when and how to work through it?
